Restoration As you can see from these photos, the property has fallen into major disrepair over the past 18 years. We are hoping to be able to bring this property back to its former glory. If you would like to help, please visit our Participation page.
A big thank you to each business that helped to prepare the WSS building for the Winter of 2010. Pacific Crest Construction Longfellow Building Supply D & D Roof and Sheet Metal Garcia's Yard Maintenance D & D Roofing and Sheet Metal working to replace WSS roof before Winter 2010. Money raised from 2009 Mohawk Valley Stewardship Council fundraiser helped to pay for the winterization of the building.
Garcia's Yard Maintenance from Quincy donated the man hours to clear the dried brush around the Hotel. Erik Roosenschoon (foreground) and Jim Harper man the jacks to raise the sagging balcony at the White Sulphur Springs Hotel Jim, Erik, and Kim volunteer to winterize the Hotel. Kim Kalbaugh shows the finished support posts to Quinten Youngblood, along with Bill Tantau and Alice Berg. |
